This Privacy Policy describes how Azodik Consulting Private Limited (“Azodik”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Volt Lane (the game, websites, and related services at voltlane.app).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email (via Firebase Auth): display name, email address, and a unique user id.
• Gameplay & progress — scores, coins, unlocked skins, settings, referral codes, and device identifiers needed to sync progress.
• Purchase data — product identifiers and entitlement status from App Store / Google Play (via RevenueCat) or web payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Device & diagnostics — device type, OS, app version, crash logs, and approximate analytics events (for example via Firebase Analytics).
• Invite / referral data — invite codes and whether a referred install completed a qualifying play session.
• Support messages — whatever you send to support@voltlane.app.
• Guest play — you may play without an account; we may store progress locally on your device and a random device id until you sign in.

3. How we use information

• Operate the game, sync progress, leaderboards, and rewards.
• Authenticate you and secure accounts.
• Process purchases and restore entitlements (including ad-free).
• Send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, reward notices) when applicable.
• Measure performance, fix bugs, and improve Volt Lane.
• Prevent fraud and abuse (including referral abuse).
• Comply with law and store policy requirements.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the game), based on legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), and with your consent where required (for example certain marketing emails or optional push notifications).

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run Volt Lane, including:

• Cloudflare — hosting, API, email delivery infrastructure.
• Google Firebase — authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications.
• Apple / Google — sign-in and in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat — purchase receipt validation.
• Payment providers (for example Razorpay) — web checkout where offered.
• Ad partners (for example AdMob) — ads unless you have an ad-free entitlement.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We keep account and progress data while your account is active. You may request deletion (see Delete Account). Backups and legal holds may retain limited data for a longer period.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, audited admin actions). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children

Volt Lane is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child provided data, contact privacy@voltlane.app.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to certain processing. Email privacy@voltlane.app. You may also use in-app / web account deletion at voltlane.app/delete-account.

10. International transfers

We may process data in the United States, India, EU, or other regions where our providers operate. We take steps to protect transfers as required by law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email when appropriate.
