These Terms govern your use of Volt Lane and related services operated by Azodik Consulting Private Limited (azodik.com) at voltlane.app. By playing or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The game
Volt Lane is an entertainment game offered free with optional in-app purchases, ads, and promotional rewards. Features may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practicable.
2. Accounts
- You may play as a guest or sign in with Google, Apple, or email.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and comply with provider terms (Google, Apple, etc.).
- We may suspend accounts that abuse referrals, cheat, harass others, or violate these Terms.
3. Virtual items & purchases
- Coins, skins, ad-free status, and similar items are licensed digital content — not real-world currency.
- Store purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or our web payment partners; their refund rules apply.
- Referral and promo rewards may be modified or revoked if obtained fraudulently.
- Admin grants (support / promotions) are discretionary.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: reverse engineer for cheating, attack our systems, spam invites, create fake installs, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Volt Lane, logos, art, audio, and software are owned by Azodik Consulting Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play, or that scores/leaderboards will always be available.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZODIK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Azodik Consulting Private Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using Volt Lane at any time and request account deletion via Delete Account. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Azodik Consulting Private Limited’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
